วัตถุประสงค์งานวิจัย :

This paper describes the isolation and structure elucidation of two new isoflavonoids named olibergin A (1) and B (2) from the EtOH extract of D. oliveri Grmb. collected in Thailand, and the results of assays examining the inhibitory effects on TPA-induced EBV-EA activation of these new isoflavonoids.

บทคัดย่อ :

Two isoflavonoids, named olibergin A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the stem bark of Dalbergia oliveri (Leguminosae). Along with three previouslyknown compounds, theyare inhibitors of Epstein-Barr virus earlyantigen activation induced by12- O-tetradecanoylphorbol- 13-acetate in Raji cells. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses.
